Our COVID-19 Response

Today more than ever we are committed to our patients’ health, safety, and wellbeing. Our office remains open and ready to address your eye care needs. Our exam areas and equipment are disinfected regularly using CDC approved disinfectants shown to be effective at eliminating the SARS-CoV-2 virus.

Our doctors and associates are always wearing their masks and other appropriate PPE designed to keep themselves and our patients safe.

When you visit our office, please remember that you will be required to wear a mask throughout your appointment. Please limit the number of people accompanying you to your appointment. If you have experienced any symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 14 day, such as fever, cough, respiratory issues or nausea, please reschedule your appointment.

If you are in a high-risk group for COVID-19 and are apprehensive about an in-office appointment, we may also provide in-home eye care.

Advanced Technology

Macular Health Testing

Rad Optometric Care is proud to offer our patients the latest technology to manage the health of their eyes - QuantifEye MPS II. The QuantifEye MPS II measurement instrument is the most reliable and accurate device for measuring Macular Pigment Optical Density (MPOD). MPOD measurement allows our optometrists to assess a key macular degeneration risk factor, low macular pigment, as well as other visual performance challenges.
